He is a leading authority on Indirect Taxation, providing expert GST advisory, compliance, refund, and litigation services to a diverse clientele across India. His reputation is built on a proven track record, having expertly managed over 300 GST litigation cases and successfully secured refunds exceeding ₹100 crore for a client portfolio with a combined turnover of over ₹5,000 crore. His standing in the professional community is further underscored by his role as a Technical Reviewer with the Tax Audit Quality Review Board (TAQRB) of the ICAI and his frequent engagements as a speaker at GST seminars across the country. Driven by a forward-thinking vision, Deepak is also the co-founder of DJAS Global, focusing on international accounting, and LedgerComply, a pioneering platform for Web3 and crypto taxation in India, UAE, and Singapore. Anupam Sarda
As a Partner at D J A S & Co., Anupam Sarda is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with more than a decade’s post-qualification experience and a unique perspective forged at both a “Big Four” firm and a major industrial conglomerate. His professional journey began at Deloitte Haskin and Sells, where he managed complex statutory and tax audits for prominent Fortune 500 corporations. He later deepened his corporate finance acumen at the Aditya Birla Group, gaining an intrinsic understanding of the financial architecture of large-scale enterprises. At the firm, Anupam spearheads strategic advisory in Direct Taxation, Corporate Restructuring, M&A Transaction Advisory, and Valuation services. His profound expertise is particularly evident in high-stakes tax litigation, where he has established a distinguished track record of successfully representing clients before the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT). Driven by a forward-thinking vision, Anupam is also the co-founder of DJAS Global and LedgerComply, extending the firm’s architectural approach to global and Web3 financial ecosystems.
