Deepak Jain
Deepak is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with 10 years of post-qualification experience in banking, taxation, and audit.
Deepak specializes in indirect taxation and has been a speaker at various seminars on GST. He is also a Technical Reviewer with Tax Audit Quality Review Board (TAQRB) of ICAI.
During GST transition, he has assisted various businesses and corporations to transition from the VAT/Excise regime to GST regime. He specializes in indirect taxation advisory, compliance, refunds and litigation.
Anupam Sarda
Anupam is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 10 years of post-qualification experience in finance, taxation, corporate laws and audit. During his tenure at Deloitte Haskin and Sells, he acquired significant experience conducting statutory and tax audits for prominent corporations listed as Fortune 500 companies.
Post qualification, Anupam has worked at Aditya Birla Group. He is actively involved in the areas of direct taxation, corporate laws, valuation and audit & assurance services.
Anupam specializes in direct tax matters, valuation services, corporate restructuring and transaction advisory. He has successfully handled various matter before Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT).
